The www.yellowrose.gr has been designed to satisfy Users’ needs. However, Users are granted the right to return the product purchased easily and quickly within 14 (fourteen) days of the day of receipt of delivery without having to state the reasons for their decision.

Any User who exercises the right of repudiation in accordance with the conditions set forth in this present Article regarding the deadline and the conditions for returning products, may receive a refund for the returned products as well as for the original shipping costs (at the standard cost) of the Order.

The costs of returns shall be borne by the User. Unless expressly agreed otherwise by the User, the refund will be made according to the payment method used for the original transaction.

In case of payment by credit/debit card, the refund shall be made to the card. In case of payment by cash on delivery or bank deposit, the refund will be made to the bank account indicated by you.

Repudiation / return of the products can be made by mail, through the courier service from which the order was received at the original shipping address, or at a YELLOW ROSE physical store, following the terms listed below:

1. The User or, where applicable, the recipient of the Order, must inform YELLOW ROSE of his/her wish to withdraw (repudiate) within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of delivery of the Order. In this case, the User may, in particular, use the Repudiation/Return Form given HERE. The form may: (a) be filled out at a YELLOW ROSE physical store or (b) be sent to the following address: G. PACHOPOS COSMETICS S.A., 15 Menexedon Street, Kifissia, Attica, P.C. 14764 (tel: 210 8076726, 210 9010816) or (c) be sent via e-mail to the following addresses: sales@yellowrose.gr or info@yellowrose.gr

2. The packaging of the products must be untampered with and in its original (factory) condition. The products must be returned to YELLOW ROSE in perfect condition suitable for subsequent marketing (products in perfect condition accompanied by their original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). If the products have been altered or damaged or destroyed by the recipient/User, they shall not be accepted.

3. The right of repudiation cannot be exercised for products that have been opened after delivery and which cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or reasons regarding protection of health.

4. If there is any problem with the order, (e.g. if it is incomplete, damaged, etc.) the User is required to inform YELLOW ROSE within 48 hours from the moment of receipt of delivery.

5. YELLOW ROSE does not accept parcels or letters that have been sent to it at the expense of the recipient (except for defective products or products that have to be replaced compulsorily).

6. Returns are possible provided that proof of the amount of the returned Order (for example, the order confirmation email, invoicing, etc.) is provided with the proof of purchase of the Order.

7. In the event that the product does not meet the aforementioned terms, it shall not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

8. In any case, responsibility for any returns made lies with the Customer. If the User or the recipient has no document to support that he/she gave the product to a courier service or that he/she delivered it to a store/shop that is a BUSINESS, then the User/recipient shall be responsible for the return of the product.

Return of Defective Products

If a product is defective, please contact us via e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of the date of receipt of delivery of the product, in order to communicate your request and the reason for the return. You then send it back to us within 7 working days and after we have checked the product, we send you an identical one at no extra cost. The shipping costs for any reasonable and justified return of the products will be borne by our company. The product must not have any damage or flaw occurring through fault of the owner, apart from the diagnosed defect, and must have all the original documents that accompanied the product (e.g., BoL/Invoice, Retailer's receipt, etc.), all its accessories and its complete packaging. Otherwise, the return shall not be accepted. The product is not considered defective if it has minor damage to its packaging. The product is not considered defective if it has been damaged due to use or the fault of the buyer. Please note that returns for aesthetic reasons, that are due to minor defects in the material or highlighting of existing defects/irregularities in packaging, etc., shall not be accepted. In the event of return of a product, and provided that such has been previously received and checked by YELLOW ROSE, it shall be replaced with a similar product (condition and characteristics, etc.).

Refund

The refund shall be made according to the payment method used for the original transaction. In the event of payment by credit/debit card, the refund will be made to the card. In the event of payment by cash on delivery or bank deposit, the refund will be made to the bank account indicated by you.
