Cancellation - Change of order by the customer

Your order can only be canceled or changed if the shipping process has not been completed.

In the event that the order has been shipped, then follow the Withdrawal - Return policy.

Refund

The refund will be made according to the payment method used for the original transaction. In case of payment by credit / debit card, the refund is made to your card. In case of payment by bank deposit or cash on delivery, the refund is made to the bank account you indicate to us.
